Initiate Your Request
Log into your TECMARX account and navigate to your order history to select the tech items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Device
Carefully place the device back into its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
